- Delivery Schedule Price Schedule Supplemental Clauses The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clause are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-92 The U.S. Coast Guard Acquisition Directorate anticipates on awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for forty-six (46) 2.5HP Propane-powered 4 stroke outboard engines in accordance with the Salient Characteristics provided in (Attachment 1). The combined synopsis/solicitation is being posted in accordance with FAR13 a Purchase Order will be issued to one (1) Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation that will be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable meeting the Salient characteristics described herein. Contractors shall review the supplemental solicitation information and the contractor shall perform all functions necessary to provide the commercial item described herein. Each deliverable shall be provided as per the scope of the CLIN and in accordance with the requirements referred to in (Attachment 1) and will be incorporated into the contract upon reward. Manufacturing shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, codes and directives. Contractors shall use the Pricing Spreadsheet (Attachment 2) On the Quote provided. All 2.5hp Propane-powered 4 stroke outboard engines will be shipped to each delivery location addressed (Attachment 3). This solicitation is being issued under NAICS Code 333618 (size standard: 500 or fewer employees) as unrestricted.
