- Exercise Scenario Site Overlay Request for Quote This solicitation is being issued as a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial services, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplement with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and corresponding attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation W912LQ-17-T-0005 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-93, effective 19 Dec 2016. This procurement is being issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside under NAICS code 541990 with a small business size standard of $15M. The Virginia Army National Guard will conduct a training exercise on January 21, 2017 which will require role players, moulage and mannequins. The exercise will be conducted at Fort AP Hill, Bowling Green, VA. The attached RFQ includes a pricing schedule, best value criteria, performance work statement, performance requirements standards, wage determination and contract terms and conditions. Also included as attachments are a site overlay and exercise scenario. All questions shall be submitted in writing and received by 4:00 p.m. ET, December 28, 2016. Quotes are due not later than the time and date specified on page 1 of the Standard Form (SF) 1449, Block 8 unless otherwise changed via an amendment to the solicitation or directly on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website.
