- Contractor Invoice Pricing Schedule SOW Offeror Information Page Instructions to Offerors Additional Clauses SF-1449 Continuation Solicitation (SF-1449) The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for relocation and storage of seized/forfeited personal property in the District of Colorado. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items using simplified acquisition procedures prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USMS will award a Firm Fixed Price type contract for personal property services in the District of Colorado.
