- (SOLICITATION EXTENDED TO: 20 JANUARY 2017) (REVISED - 15 NOV 2016) This is a notice of intent that Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) anticipates issuing a Sole Source, Firm, Fixed Price effort to Northrop Grumman Systems (NGS) to procure engineering services for a Form, Fit, Function, and Interface (F3I) redesign for Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA), Part Number (P/N) 3D62318G01 and Design Try-Out of P/N 3D62309G01 used on the E-3 APY-1/2 Radar Surveillance System. These CCAs are subassemblies of the Analog to Digital Converter (ADC), which provides signal manipulation for the APY 1/2 Radar System. This redesign will reduce component obsolescence issues and increase system availability and reliability. Design and test data is proprietary to NGS and the Government does not own any data to provide for competitive procurement. Deliverables are two functional first article units of each CCA configuration and technical data. Requirement is low risk and is not Mission Essential. Delivery Schedule: The delivery schedule is 18 months after contract award. Duration of Contract: 18 months after contract award.
