This is a Sources Sought only. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is performing market research to determine if there are any vendors with economic status of Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, Women Owned, and other Small Businesses that can provide maintenance and repair services for Stryker medical equipment and devices. Responses to this sources sought will be used for market research purposes. There is no solicitation document as this time. The NAICS is 811219 with Small Business size of $20.5 million. NOTE: Please ensure that SAM indicates this NAICS code if you are interested in the requirement. Only firms interested and capable should send their information and/or capability statement and any questions by email to felicia.demita@va.gov and Charmion.Harris@va.gov no later than 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, January 13, 2017. If interested, please provide the following information: Name of Company Point of Contact Name, phone number, and email address DUNS number Socio-economic status such as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, VOSB, Women-Owned Small Business, etc. should be included. SDVOSB/VOSB status will be verified using VetBiz. Identify what Stryker equipment/devices your company is capable of providing maintenance and repair services in accordance with applicable warranties with Stryker. Indicate what certifications your company has, if any. Provide a price list detailing the services offered and the unit prices. Please also identify any volume discounts available. Capability statements Identify any geographical service areas.
