- SOW Sierra Army Depot is conducting market research for the requirement in the Removal, Replacement, Analysis and Disposal of Resin from Ionic Exchange Filter at Sierra Army Depot. Reference the attached Statement of Work for more detail. At this time Sierra Army Depot is NOT looking for proposals/quotes. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME. This RFI does not constitute an Invitation for Bid, Request for Proposal or a Request for Quote and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue an order or otherwise pay for the information solicited. Responses to this RFI are due 3 January 2017, 10:00 am (Pacific Time). Responses are to be sent to melissa.m.kaarbo.civ@mail.mil or usarmy.sierra.tacom.mbx.sier-contractingoffers@mail.mil. Further action on this anticipated requirement will be determined following review of the responses from this RFI.
