- On or about December 31, 2016 the National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to enter into a contract with John Wiley Subscription Services on a sole source basis for access and usage of journals published by Wiley Subscription Services Inc. The NSF utilizes the Wiley's published publication to support mission critical operations that aids in advancing specific areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The estimated value for a one-year contract based on historical subscriptions has been approximated at $137,456.61.
