- Intended Delivery Addresses Draft Bid Schedule of Services required The Sources Sought/ Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Western Area Power Administration, Desert Southwest Region, Procurement Office to determine the size and type of businesses able to supply bottled water services. DSW Requires 5 Gallon bottled water and 24 oz bottled water cases delivered to 7 different locateions on an asn needed basis. Several of the locations will also need rental of a water cooler. The locations are Phoenix, Coolidge, Bullhead City, Page and Yuma AZ; Parker CA and Boulder City NV. The potential contractor must be able to deliver to all locations. The performance Period will be for a Base plus two option years. The NAICS for this acquistion is 312112, with a size standard of 500 Employees. If this is a service your business can provide, respond to this Sources Sought Notice by December 27th, 2016, 3 PM ET. Responses should include 1) Business name and address 2) Point of contact name, phone number, email address, company website 3) DUNS and NAICS Codes, 4) Typer of Business: 8A, Hubzone, Women Ownes, Service disabled veteran owned, 5) Contract magnitude of simlar work and 6) description of capabilities and limitations based on the requirements listed above. All businesses are encouraged to limit their responses to 10 pages in lenght. Sources Sought is issued for market research purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10. No solicitation is being issued at this time. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this sources sought notice. All Businesses interested in providing this service are encouraged to reply by email to STurner@WAPA.GOV (note this is not a request for proposal or an announcement of a soliciation.
