- 27N98_26N23_Owl_USFS Specification FP-03 Specifications - Drawings - Owl Creek.Revsion.01 AG-9JGP-S-17-0001 Amendment 2 Amendment 0002 extends the hour and date for receipt of offers to 1/05/2017 at 1400. This Amendment also provides answers to questions submitted, revises the drawing set, and attaches USFS Specification FP-03 for construction of National Forest System Roads.

Work on 27N98 starts at mile post 2.79 with mile post 0.0 at highway 89. Work on 26N23 starts at the junction with 27N98 at mile post 4.053. Owl Creek culvert replacement and water source are located on road 36N23 at mile post 2.202. All work is located on the Mount Hough District of the Plumas National Forest. Directions below are to initial mobilization point for the project at the 27N98 / 26N23 road junction., From Town of Quincy, CA: Proceed North on CA State Highway 70, turn right on to Highway 89, travel approximately 21.4 miles and turn left onto FSR 27N98, across from boat launch.
