- Amend #2 SF30 dated December 16, 2016 for DOL-OPS-15-R-00006 including SOW (12/16/16) Amendment #2: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Open the Solicitation for Interested Offerors to resubmit proposals. 2. The SOW states the vendors must be CMMI Level II certified at time of submitting proposal. 3. Attach the current SOW. 4. The deadline for submitting questions is Noon, Friday December 23, 2016. Questions are to be emailed to Contract Specialist, Brett Pickett @ email identified in POC on FBO announcement. Subject line of email must state "Solicitation # DOL-OPS-15-R-00006 and Q&A." All Q&As will be posted via an Amendment to this Solicitation on FBO. 5. The deadline for submitting proposals is Noon, Tuesday, January 17, 2017. All proposals must be submitted via hardcopy delivered to address indicated in POC information below on FBO for this solicitation. (see attached SF30 dated 12/16/16 for more details)
