U.S. GOVERNMENT Project 5CA1214 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:CA City:Palm Springs Delineated Area:Northern Boundary: Highway 111 & E. Vista Chino Southern Boundary: E. Palm Canyon Dr., Mesquite Ave., & Dinah Shore Dr. Eastern Boundary: Interstate 10 Western Boundary: N. Indian Canyon Dr. & S. Palm Canyon Dr. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):5,484 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):5,758 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term:10 Years Firm Term:5 Years Option Term:NA Additional Requirements:Contiguous space required. Public Transportation: A commuter rail, light rail or subway station shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the building, but generally not exceeding a walkable ½ mile, as determined by the contracting officer. Alternatively, two or more public or campus bus lines useable by tenant occupants shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the building, but generally not exceeding a walkable ½ mile, as determined by the contracting officer. Ceiling height shall be minimum 8'-6" AFF. Floor load able to accommodate a 400-700 lb. safe. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to this advertisement.
