- M67001-17-R-0001 Past Performance Questionnaire fForm Solicitation M67001-17-R-0001 RFQ posted 12-16-16 Synopsis posted 11-7-16 The Public Affairs Office, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort, SC has a requirement for Civilian Enterprise Newspaper -"The Jet Stream". The resultant contract will be for the period from 19 December 2016 (or date of award, whichever is later), through 18 December 2018(or 24 months from date of award), with four one (1) year option periods. Proposed acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 511110 - Newspaper Publishers, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Government will solicit (M67001-17- R-0001) and award this contract using DoDI 5120.04, DoD Newspapers, Magazines, Guides and Installation Maps dated 17 March 2015. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the Best Value to the Government utilizing Trade-off. Award will be issued on a Contract on an all or none basis. The RFP documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-9, effective 31 Oct 2016 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20161021, effective 21 Oct 2016. The solicitation will be available for download via the electronic data interchange at FedBizOpps, www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 14 November 2016. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) database, http://www.sam.gov/ and agree to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application Wide Area Workflow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
