- 12/15/2016 Note to 8a Small Business Development Program Vendors: Thank you for taking the time to respond to this Agile RFI. The survey can still be accessed at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BBRLH7F until December 22, 2016. These targeted survey questions are geared toward providing federal agencies at large with customized information to assist with selection decisions for in-scope direct award task orders/contracts under the 8a Small Business Development Program. If you have submitted a capatility statement or other marketing material in lieu of providing responses to the targeted survey questions, please consider responding to the survey as well. It would be beneficial to your comany, as well as the Government, to invest the time in responding (if possible). Thank you. ______________________________________ THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) AND SHALL NOT BIND THE GOVERNMENT IN ANY WAY. Responses to this Agile RFI are requested from vendors that participate in the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program only. This RFI notice is part of the Government's Market Research, a continuous process for obtaining the latest information from industry, with respect to their current and near-term abilities. This Agile RFI does not constitute a solicitation for proposals, bids or quotes and should NOT be construed as an indication that a contract action will result from this market research effort. The Government requests information to identify 8(a) vendors to potentially participate in future requirements related to the agile development process. Participation in this survey is solely on a volunteer basis. Responses to this RFI will not be rated, ranked, or otherwise evaluated. Please note: The Government intends to post submitted RFI responses to public facing websites. This information will be treated as market research for the Government to utilize in identifying potential 8(a) sources for possible current and future digital services Agile efforts. It is preferred that you provide complete RFI responses via survey. The survey link is provided below as an attachment to this RFI notice.
