Solicitation Number : SPM4A8-17-Q-0016 Closing Response Date : January 18, 2016 not later than 2P.M. E.S.T. Point of Contact : Kevin H Williams Email : kevin.h.williams@dla.mil Description of requirements : Three, Standard Modern 1730 Lathes in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 16-50-2104 dated August 17, 2016. Performance period/completion date is 126 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination; Inspection, and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made as a firm-fixed price contract. The award shall be based on technically acceptable, lowest offer. The required performance period is 18 weeks or 126 calendar days after receipt of order. All responsible sources may submit a quotation sufficient to determine capability which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals must be submitted to the point of contact listed above no later than the closing date and time listed as the closing response date listed above. All respondents shall be registered in the System for Award Management, ORCA, and have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number.
