- Landscaping SOW for Airstation Miami SF1449 RFQ DOL Wage Determination Dade County Applicable Far Clauses This combined synopsis/solicitation for services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG28-17-Q-7AA018. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) 561730 Landscaping Services, size in Millions ($7.5) This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and part 15 The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate the proposals: 1. Technical Capability of the services offered to meet/exceed the Governments Requirements per the Attached Statements of Work. 2. Past Performance 3. Price of items offered to the Government Technical and past performance, when combined, is ___60%_______ Anticipated award date: OOA 01 January 2017 Quotes are to be received no later than close of business (3 p.m.) on 30 December 2016. Wage determinations: 2015-4543, Revision No: 1 dated 10/03/2016 SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor is to provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment for tree care, landscaping and lawn services for U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Miami, Opa Locka, FL, Per Attached SOW. Geographical range: Miami-Dade, Monroe and Broward Counties Price Range: NTE $42K for the annual contract Performance Period: Performance of work is expected to commence on 01 January 2017 through 30 September 2017. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and any other supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform the services required.
