- SPM4A8-17-Q-0018 SPM4A8-17-Q-0018 SYNOPSIS FOR PR#16-50-2130: Procurement is a sole source solicitation for a HAAS VF-3 Vertical Machining Center in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 16-50-2130 dated November 29, 2016. The contractor shall provide HAAS VF-3 Vertical Machining Center, required accessories per solicitation, IUID, and Shipping. DLA Aviation Industrial Plant Equipment Division intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. DLA Aviation Industrial Plant Equipment Division intends to award a firm-fixed price, definite delivery contract source contract to Phillips Corporation doing business as Federal Division. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 120 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, price, past performance, performance price tradeoff, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
