- Questions and Answers for Solicitation W91ZRS-17Q-F005 Unibin Q1. Will the non-hazardous waste be solids or liquids? The dumpsters requested (4 55 gallon drums) would you like closed top or open top (two 2in openings with caps)? A1. The unibin is for dirty soiled rags that the mechanics use. They will have oil and grease and whatever else they get on them. The unibins are outside so closed would be best. The 2' opening with caps would not work. The workers flip the top open and throw in the dirty rags. When it is full they call the company to come and empty it. Not drums they are bins. The drums were used as a measuring unit only. Q2. Is all the waste material to be disposed under Solicitation W91ZRS17QF005 described as "Non-Hazardous Oily Solids"? What is the contract number for the previous contract for the same requirement as Solicitation W91ZRS17QF005? A2. Yes, as I described above it for dirty oily rags that the mechanics use. The contract number is W91ZRS-16-P-0020.
