- Under this contract, the contractor will independently provide full range of conference meeting space and other related support services to satisfy the overall Yellow Ribbon Event objectives. The primary objective is to host the event at a single site that can provide lodging, meeting space, dining space and support services for approximately 300 adults and 50 children. Contractor must have availability from 20-22 January 2017 (Arrival on Friday evening for setup - Departure on Sunday). The New York National Guard (NYNG) is hosting a two day Yellow Ribbon Event for returning service members in the Rockland or Westchester County New York. Below is an example of the day by day breakdown: Friday (overnight lodging for some attendees and staff access to meeting room space for setup) Saturday (overnight lodging, meeting space and meals) Sunday (meeting space and a meal)
