Description

SPECIFICATIONS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement, and the specifications listed are the minimum specifications that meet the agencies need. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number is AG-0521-S-17-0001 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-92. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price service contract for this requirement. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Washington State University, 3003 ADBF, WSU,, Pullman, WA 99164 has a requirement for a Fully Automated Inverted Microscopes with Motorized XYZ. Also includes Full Incubation System /Computer Monitor and LASX Software. Specifications are attached to this requirement. Each offeror shall include their proposed delivery schedule (in days after award) as part of their quotation.
