- Listed below are the changes to the statement of work that increase the project completion time from 45 to 90 days; remove heating from the rooftop unit; and define the electrical connection point and eliminate lead lag control option. B. Commencement and Completion of Work 1. Begin work within 10 calendar days after date of receipt of Award, and complete all work within 90 calendar days from date of receipt of such notice. D. Description of Work 1. The principal components of work include removal of two existing Roof Top Units (RTU) HVAC units, currently mounted on ground level pads, from the Substation service building and proper disposal of all removed parts. Provide two Trane THC072E3R0A, 6-Ton, 208/230V, three-phase, 11.2 IEER, Packaged Rooftop Precedent HVAC units (cooling only), both in Buckeye Gray, or equal. Units are to be installed with independent thermostat controls and mounted on manufacturer recommended stand assemblies placed on fiberglass bases or concrete blocks. Provide appropriate additional ducting adapters, supply, and return registers to existing duct work for air distribution as required. Existing 3 phase power supply will be utilized. Electrical connection point will be the Owners existing wall mount 100A fused disconnect. Contractor shall provide fuse. Upon completion, verify unit is operational and that the area between the HVAC unit and the building is impenetrable to water, air, rodents, etc. The close date of this RFQ is extended to 12-23-2016 at 8:00 am Central Time.
