- Aggregate Base Materials - W56HZV-17-R-0062 The US Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract for Aggregate (road building materials) for Red River Army Depot (RRAD). Aggregate Materials and their Total Estimated Gross Ton (GT) quantities are listed below: 1. Base Material, ¾" - 1½" - Flexible Base Aggregate, 18,000 GT 2. Cement, Powder, Portland, Type I or II per ASTM C150/C150M-16, 1,200 GT The solicitation will be a Small Business Set Aside and will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price, One time buy. All responsible sources should submit proposals through FBO before December 30, 2016, 11:00AM EST. Caution: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection of same.
