- RFQ Package includes the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, Statement of Work, and Price List. The 90 CES/CEF Fire Protection Flight is requesting an annual agreement with a Contractor to provide Advanced Cleaning, Advanced Inspection, and as necessary Repairs and Alterations for the following items: Structural firefighting protective ensemble (coat, coat liner, pants, and pants liner) Structural Helmets, Hoods, Leather Boots, and Gloves Wildland Shirts, Pants, Helmet, and Gloves Confined Space Helmet, Coveralls, Space Hood and Space Gloves See attachment "RFQ Package.pdf" for a more detailed description of the requirement.
