- Description
- The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This sole source procurement is based on 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) which states that supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source. The TSA intends to award a SOLE SOURCE contract to K4 Solutions, whose address is 8300 Boone Blvd, Suite 200, Vienna, VA 22182. This is a continuing requirement and follow-on effort for the continued operation and maintenance of a dual-channel Transportation Security Administration Contact Center (TCC). The period of performance shall not exceed August 1, 2018. The TCC is the primary incoming portal from the public and receives inquiries from employees and the public. The TCC supports numerous TSA program offices and programs with very specific requirements. The TSA contact center is available, responsive, secure, high performing, and contributes to TSA meeting its strategic goals by enabling effective and efficient communication between the TSA and non-media entities/stakeholders. The Transportation Security Administration intends to negotiate with only one source; no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirement. Therefore, proposals will not be accepted directly to this requirement. This award will be made without further notice. REF: HSTS02-10-C-OCS005
