- Amendment 0001 solicitation SPE601-17-R-0309 IMPORTANT NOTICES TO OFFERORS Amendment 0001 is issued to incorporate the following additions to solicitation SPE601-17-R-0309. 1. The closing date remains 6 January 2017, at 1500 CST. 2. The initial solicitation standard form 1449, page 1, block 10 should state SET ASIDE "50%" SMALL BUSINESS as explained in page 3, paragraph 1 in the IMPORTANT NOTICES TO OFFERORS. Lots One and Three will be set aside for small business while Lots Two and Four will be issued as full and open. 3. The period of performance for year one is 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018. A one-year Option may be awarded with a performance period of 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019 which have been identified in the description of each CLIN. FAR Clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, has been added to the solicitation. 4. Attachment H14 Delay Certificate has been added to the solicitation. 5. EMAIL proposals resulting from this solicitation and amendments to: david.white@dla.mil and cc: patricia.bocock@dla.mil.
