- Bid Schedule Map Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and is being procured in accordance with commercial services, which includes, but not limited to FAR part 12 and 13. A total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businss solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, Fort Worth District. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730. Size standard: $7.5 Million. The resulting long-term contracts will be firm fixed price, IDIQ (D-Type) contracts. A single contract award will be made from this solicitation. Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials and labor necessary to perform mowing/trimming and landscaping services around public use and prime facilities at Lewisville and Grapevine Lake Offices in Texas, in accordance with the attached specifications. This work will be bid by the job per lake. The areas covered and number of facilities are shown in the Tabulation Sheets, Mowing Maps, and Typical Drawings. The work shall be in accordance with the contract, all applicable laws, municipal codes, regulations and/or written directives issued by the Contracting Officer and performed as set forth in the following specifications.
