- The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) intends to use commercial and simplified acquisition procedures to establish a five-year IDIQ contract for PVC string dispensers used in traps to detect Gypsy Moth infestation outside of generally infested areas. This procurement will be a small business set aside per NAICS: 325320. Solicitation number AG-6395-S-17-0030 will be posted on or about December 15, 2016.
