Description
Marine Intercept Program Evaluation, Report and Follow-On Action Report Procurement Marine Corps Community Services (MR/MCCS) Headquarters, United States Marine Corps, Business and Support Services (MR) Division, Quantico, VA (MR) (hereinafter collectively referred to as MR or MR/MCCS) requires a Contractor to furnish all materials, personnel, supplies, shipping and travel to perform all work necessary to provide Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) Behavioral Health Branch (MFC) a comprehensive evaluation of the Marine Intercept Program (MIP). The Marine Intercept Program is intended to complement existing Marine Corps prevention and treatment programs by providing an added layer of counseling and coordination for those identified with suicide ideations or who have attempted suicide. A tool to help ensure servicemembers who struggle with suicide receive needed follow-on treatment and access to resources. This is a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to design and conduct a research evaluation of MIP in order to provide MFC two (2) final reports that address four (4) specific aims outlined in 2.0 Methodological Requirements. Minimum services required are detailed throughout this request for proposal (RFP).
