Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Santa Barbara Delineated Area: North: W. Mission St East: Laguna Street / Anapamu Street / Milpas Street South: E. Cabrillo St West: Bath Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,299 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,715 Space Type: Office, Other Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): -- Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Space to be located within two city blocks of a primary or secondary street with scheduled public transportation. Space shall be located above the ground floor and shall have a minimum of two accessible elevators. One accessible elevator may serve as a freight elevator. Space shall be contiguous on one floor. Space must allow efficient office configuration (for example, space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide). Column size, number, and placement of columns are unique; however columns must be at least 20' from any interior wall and from each other, and be no more than 2' square. Janitorial services to be provided on weekdays between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall be outside the 100-year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Submission Requirements This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals. Expressions of Interest MUST be submitted in writing and, at a minimum, include the information cited herein. Expressions of Interest are welcome only from building owners and/or their authorized representatives. Interested Respondents must include Building Owner contact information, or if a Broker, please include the Exclusivity Agreement, Representation Letter, or Listing Contract granting the exclusive right to represent the building by the Building Owner. Please provide the following information in your Expression of Interest. 1. Building: Name and address. 2. Authorized Contact: Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. 3. Legal Entity: Name and contact information of the property ownership. Written acknowledgement is required from the owner or the owner's agents where an agent represents multiple ownership entities. 4. Map showing the proposed site clearly identified as being within the delineated area. 5. Location of offered space in the building. 6. Date the space will be available. 7. Size: Rentable square feet (RSF) and ABOA square feet offered. ABOA square feet does not include such areas as stairs, elevators, mechanical and utility rooms, ducts, shafts, vestibules and public corridors, and public toilets required by local code.
