- Description
- The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central (RHCO-C) intends to issue a sole-source contract to Roche Diagnostics Corporation to allow San Antonio Military Medical Center to continue performing Human Papillomavirus (HPV), Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), and other viral load testing in-house. The period of performance is 1 January 2017 - 30 September 2017. It is the intent of the RHCO-C to issue a competitive solicitation for the follow-on requirement that will start 1 October 2017. Therefore, this notice is not a request for proposals. If any vendor wishes to be considered to the immediate requirement that will begin 1 January 2017, they shall submit a capability statement that demonstrates their ability to have all equipment installed, calibrated, and validated on or before 1 January 2017, and how they will supply the necessary reagents and other consumables. Capability statements shall be emailed to michelle.m.bartkowski.civ@mail.mil. The due date for such capability statements is 22 December 2016 at 12:00 pm CST.
