Description
Introduction and Purpose: The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research and identify experienced entities that are capable of providing IT equipment/support services and construction support services for Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC), located in Gallup, New Mexico. Responses to this sources sought notice will be utilized by the Government to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement and make appropriate determinations about potential sources. No solicitation is currently available and as such this is not a request for proposal and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. A decision to set aside all or part of this requirement is dependent upon a review of the information submitted in response to this sources sought. After review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a synopsis and/or solicitation announcement may be published. Project Description: Gallup Indian Medical Center has awarded a construction contract to Kauteq Construction Services, LLC to expand GIMC's Emergency Department (ED). Construction is expected to begin January 2017. This sources sought requests information regarding your organization's ability to provide the following IT Equipment/Support services and Construction support services in correlation with the ED expansion project: • Data and voice products: Leviton (19" Rack, 48 Port patch panel (CAT6), 6 Strand single mode, Stacking Cables, CAT6A Cables) • Network Infrastructure: Cisco (Cisco 3950 Catalyst Fiber patch Panel, 48 Port Cisco 3050 Catalyst Switch, Fiber Modules, Cisco phones, Wireless Access Point) • Intercom and Overhead: Bogen (Bogen Amp 100 Watt (OH),) • IT Equipment: HP (PC, printers, Thin PC's, All-n-one, wall mount brackets) & APC (1500 UPS) • Printers/Copiers/Fax: Xerox • Power Inline Conditioners: SOLA MCR1000 uses standard 120 volt • Panic Button • Nurse Call System • Cable TV: (TV locations require in wall support backing for TV wall mount) • Access Control • Cable Tray • Intercom: Product used Aiphone • IDF closets: w/AC System Requirements The organizations we want to identify through this sources sought notice shall demonstrate the following: • Have experience working with healthcare facilities, operating in both the private and public sectors, in providing and installing IT equipment, systems and infrastructures. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Responses Any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference the project name and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule of the project. An outline of previous projects related to the project description: identify specific work previously performed or currently being performed. 8. Any other specific and pertinent information that pertains to this particular area of procurement that would enhance the Government's consideration and evaluation of the information submitted.
