- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OR AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF A SOLICITATION. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. Interested parties should send the requested information to Ms Kayoko Seta via email at: kayoko.seta.jp@us.af.mil by 29 Dec 2016. Required information: (1) Name and address of company (2) A point of contact with name, title, phone, and email (3) Cage code and DUNS number (if available) 374th Contracting Squadron, Yokota Air Base, Japan is seeking sources interested in providing natural gas (City Gas) at Yokosuka, Japan. The anticipated start date is 1 May 2018. Description of Requirement: City Gas 13A Supply Pressure at the plant: 0.3 - 1.0 MPa at normal supply temperature of 30 deg C or below Quality of gas/heat content: 40.6 MJ/Nm3 (LHV) Projected Hourly Maximum Flow : 7,000 CM/Hr Projected Average Annual Consumption: 51,000,000 CM/Yr NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM GAS SUPPLY IN JAPAN.
