- This notice is to post Request for Proposal SPE4A7-17-R-0104 for NSN 1620-01-107-6828 which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one -year option years. The item being procured is a CYLINDER, DRAG BRACE. This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted, utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity is 145 each. The approved sources of supply: NASSAU TOOL WORKS, INC., CAGE: 2M490, MAGELLAN AEROSPACE, NEW YORK, INC. CAGE: 85941 & SAFRAN LANDING SYSTEMS CANADA INC CAGE: 35962. P/N# 74A450813-1001. The required delivery schedule with Contractor First Article Testing for 2 units and Contractor Production Lot Testing 1 unit is 561 days. This is a Navy identified Critical Safety Item. This is Export Controlled item. This is a non-commerical item. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 23 January 2017.
