Special Requirements Delineated Area GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Colorado City:Grand Junction Delineated Area:North Boundary: From the intersection of S 5th St (Highway 50) & Riverside Pkwy (D Rd), East to the intersection of Riverside Parkway (D Rd) and Highway 141 (32 Rd). West Boundary: From the intersection of S 5th St (Highway 50) & Riverside Pkwy (D Rd), South on S 5th St (Highway 50) to the intersection Hwy50 and Santa Clara Ave. South Boundary: From the intersection of Hwy 50 and Santa Clara Ave. west to the Gunnison River and continue south along the Gunnison River to the intersection of Hwy 141 and the Gunnison river on the east boundary. East Boundary: From the Intersection of Highway 141 and the Gunnison River to the intersection of Hwy 141 and Hwy 50, Northwest on Hwy 50 to 32 road and continue North on 32 road to the Intersection of Riverside Parkway (D Rd).
