- Special Requirements Delineated Area GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Colorado City:Grand Junction Delineated Area:North Boundary: From the intersection of S 5th St (Highway 50) & Riverside Pkwy (D Rd), East to the intersection of Riverside Parkway (D Rd) and Highway 141 (32 Rd).
