- PR#0066069452, Anticipated ISSUE DATE 12/29/2016 CLOSING DATE 01/30/2017. This solicitation to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a total of 998 each for stock of NSN 1670-00-148-8492. No option is included. Item Description is in accordance with ADAPTER ASSEMBLY, CANOPY RELEASE, P/N: 990065-1 IAW NAVAIR DRAWING 1979AS801, REVISION C. CARLETON LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEMS INC. 99251 P/N 990065-1 This procurement is Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. This procurement is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Government First Article Testing (FAT) and Production Lot Testing (PLT) applies. The required delivery is 775 days ARO. 180 days for FAT with 120 day eval, 400 days for PLT, followed by 60 days Govt evaluation, and 15 days to ship. The total required delivery is 775 days ARO (or sooner with FAT waiver). Phased delivery is not requested but acceptable. This is a Life Support Item therefore no surplus material will be accepted. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI). A technical data package is not available for this NSN. Electronic offers are not acceptable. A paper copy of this solicitation will be available to requestors. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies.
