- W15QKN-17-R-0022 CDRL AA40 11-15-16 DD 2357 Hazard Component Safety/Data Statement Scheduled Government Furnished Property Past Performance Questionnaire Component Suppliers Template DD Form 2345 Technical Data Request Non-Disclosure Agreement Bid Sample Test Plan The contractor shall deliver 5.56mm MK311 Frangible Ammunition Cartridges conforming to drawings 16001A0006 and U.S. Military Specification, PRF 16001A0006 18 Nov 2016. Any changes to a qualified design shall require review and approval by the U.S. Government. Contactor proposed design changes may require testing at the contractors expense. Approval shall only be given by the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO). Delivery dates relative to award date and delivery locations are detailed in the contract. Amendment 01, dated 09 December 2016: The close date for this soliciation has been extended to 1600 Eastern Time, 09 February 2017.
