The purpose of this amendment is to change E-1.4 PRE-QUOTE CONFERENCE and E-1.5 SUBMISSION OF QUOTES as follows: E-1.4PRE-QUOTE CONFERENCE Offerors are invited to attend a pre-quote conference: Place:Social Security Administration Byron Rogers Federal Building 1961 Stout Street Monte Vista Conference Room 6th Floor Denver, CO 80294 When:December 15, 2016 Time:10:30 11:30 MT The purpose of the pre-quote conference is to discuss the history and overview of the requirement along with its purpose as it relates to SSA s mission; SSA s desire to partner with industry; the procurement process and the schedule; evaluation criteria; the performance schedule. It is requested that a list of attendees to the pre-quote conference be provided, via e-mail, to Andrew.argiro@ssa.gov no later than close of business on December 14, 2016. Attendees who previously emailed Cynthia.ragland@ssa.gov are requested to re-confirm by sending an email to andrew.argiro@ssa.gov. For security reasons, individuals not on this list may not be granted access to the facility. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY PRE-QUOTE CONFERENCE SCHEDULED.
