- Description
- The U.S. Government is seeking sources who are able to provide night vision devices logistical support as follows: 1) Spare parts and components for AN/PVS-7 and AN/PVS-14 night vision devices (NVDs). 2) Repair and maintenance of the above NVDs, either within the U.S. or in Ukraine. 3) Maintain a repair facility/maintenance shop for the above NVDs, in the Ukraine. 4) Provide a Field Service Representative (FSR) to provide logistics, maintenance, and training support for the above NVDs, in Ukraine for a period of either 1 or 2 years. Please submit all responses to the email addresses provided below no later than 27 January 2017. The above services would be in support of the Ukraine armed forces through a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case. Responses should include a description of the vendor's capabilities relevant to the above requirements. Responses are welcome that address any or all of the above requirements. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT MARKET SURVEY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. This market survey does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed bids (IFB), nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. The United States Army CECOM LCMC is conducting this sources sought market survey to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement. mark.g.conrad.civ@gmail.mil; chantal.m.michel.civ@mail.mil.
