- Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform Custodial Services at Facility CO004; in accordance with the performance work statement and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is 01 March 2017 (or subsequent date) through 28 February 2018 with four (4) one year options. This procurement is Set Aside as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business under the NAICS Code 561720 with a size standard of $18.0 Million. SITE VISIT is scheduled for December 21, 2016 at 10:00AM local time. The location of the site visit is 306 Denver Federal Center in Denver, Colorado
