- Request for Lease Proposals Coversheet for Request for Lease Proposals Amendment #3 THE USDA FOREST SERVICE IS SEEKING OFFICE, HANGAR, HELIPAD and RELATED SPACE TO LEASE at a FAA approved airport located in the Stevensville or Missoula area. Delineated Area: Must be located at a FAA approved airport located in the Stevensville, Montana or Missoula, Montana area. Any site located in a 100-year floodplain will be excluded from consideration. Description: Approximately 2,600 to 4,000 square feet of rentable office and related space, as much as approximately 6,000 square feet or less of rentable hangar space including space for hazardous materials storage, and 38 total parking spaces. The space must also include two 20' x 20' helipads each with a 90' safety circle with minimal separation of 125' center to center for fire operations for the Lolo National Forest, Missoula National Helitack Base. The term will be a 20-year lease with either 5-years firm term or 10-years firm term depending on the pricing received and the available funding at the time of award. Expected Date of Occupancy: on or between approximately March 15, 2017 to June 15, 2017 Receipt of Responses: The latest date for receipt of responses is January 6, 2017 at 4:00pm MST.
