- Terms and conditions Quality Documents Specifications This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Sub-part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for: 1- PN 101-810009-9, Main Landing Assembly, 2 each 2- PN 101-810091-7, Drag Leg Assembly, 2 each 3- PN 444EN49-6, Switch, 2 each 4- PN 50-820205-21, Brace Assembly, 1 each Vendors may provide quotations for some or all of the part numbers listed. This solicitation may result in multiple awards. The quoted part numbers must meet the minimum specifications included in attachment #1. A copy of attachment #1 must be completed and submitted with the quote. The parts quoted shall meet the quality standards included in attachment #2. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are: 1. NAICS Code: 336413 Other Aircraft Part and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing. 2. Size standard in number of 1,250 employees. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. NASA Clause 1852.215-84 (NOV 2011), Ombudsman, is applicable. Quotes are to be submitted via email to nydia.e.wilkinson@nasa.gov, not later than 2:00 pm Pacific, Dec 21, 2016. Quotes must include: 1. Solicitation number 2. Delivery is required within 30 days ARO 3. FOB destination to NASA Armstrong Flight Service Center Palmdale, CA 93550 4. Proposed delivery schedule ETA 5. Discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable) 6. Taxpayer identification number (TIN) 7. Identification of any special commercial terms 8. Signed by an authorized company representative 9. Warranty information. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirements. Technical capability will be determined from information submitted by the quoter which must provide sufficient details to show that the product quoted meets the Government's requirements. (ii) Price. The offeror selected for award must submit a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Oct 2016), Alternate I (Oct 2014) with their offer.
