- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE - PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. THE TENATIVE ADVERTISEMENT DATE IS ON OR ABOUT 3 JANUARY, 2017. THIS PROJECT WILL BE ADVERTISED AS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. PROJECT DETAILS: KATHERINE HILL CUT & SEEDING This project will consist of removing a berm / embankment area adjacent to the Katherine Access / Davis Dam Road connection at Lake Mead National Recreation Area in Nevada and Arizona. The project site is in Arizona near Laughlin / Bullhead City. The work effort also requires seeding to finish the work effort in the park. Work items to be included: Item 1: Mobilization Item 2: Roadway Excavation Item 3: Seeding Hydraulic Method Item 4: Mulching Hydraulic Method, Bonded Fiber Matrix Item 5: Move Sign Item 6: Sign System Item 7: Rumble Strip (ADOT Standard) Item 8: Traffic Control Estimated total cost is under $150,000.
