- The GSA Zone 4 Fleet Management division estimates that it will receive approximately *see below vehicles to be delivered on this Acquisition Plan in FY 2017 and FY 2018 with a like number to be turned in for reassignment or disposal by customers supported. California: Barstow Area - estimated 125 vehicles Fresno Area - estimated 185 vehicles Lancaster/Rosamond Area - estimated 100 vehicles Lompoc Area - estimated 100 vehicles Ridgecrest - estimated 100 vehicles Ventura/Oxnard Area - estimated 150 vehicles Offers will be limited to a defined service area within 50 - 100 miles of the above stated locations, as specified directly below. All offers must be able to provide adequate security for GSA vehicles; must be able to use Government provided equipment (to facilitate data input), must have adequate facility space to receive and store up to 50 - 200 vehicles at any given time as specified directly below depending on the expected vehicle deliveries per individual location. California: Estimated radius per location Barstow Area - within 50 mile radius Fresno Area - within 100 mile radius Lancaster/Rosamond Area - within 50 mile radius Lompoc Area - within 50 mile radius Ridgecrest - within 50 mile radius Ventura/Oxnard Area - within 50 mile radius California: Estimated storage numbers per location Barstow Area - estimated 125 vehicles - receive and store up to 65 vehicles Fresno Area - estimated 185 vehicles - receive and store up to 100 vehicles Lancaster/Rosamond Area - estimated 100 vehicles- receive and store up to 50 vehicles Lompoc Area - estimated 100 vehicles- receive and store up to 50 vehicles Ridgecrest - estimated 100 vehicles- receive and store up to 50 vehicles Ventura/Oxnard Area - estimated 150 vehicles - receive and store up to 100 vehicles Vendors may submit offers for one or more of the individual locations in states with multiple marshaling site requirements.
