Description

Advertisement General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease a maximum of 15,380 ABOA/USF, and 5 surface parking spaces, within the following delineated area of Tucson, AZ: North- Congress Street South- South Granada Ave. East- South Granada Ave. West- South Freeway GSA is requesting a fully serviced 10 year lease term (with 5 years firm). The US Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Tucson, AZ that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating (such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, telecommunication infrastruction and non-productive Agency downtime). Expressions of Interest are due by January 11, 2017 by 3:00pm (Pacific).
