- The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing CREDO Facilitator Services in support of the Chaplain Religious Enrichment Development Operation (CREDO) Program, Groton Office aboard Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT. The Government contemplates a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a base year and two one-year option periods resulting from the solicitation. FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend is also included and will be initiated as an option, if warranted by the contract. This SYNOPSIS shall be posted on both the FEDBIZOPPS (https://www.fbo.gov) and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil). The RFQ number is N00189-17-T-G031. The NAICS code is 813110 - Religious Organizations, and the small business standard is $7.5 Million. This requirement is being set-aside for 100% Small Business only. Anticipated release of solicitation is by early January 2017. Questions regarding technical or contractual issues must be addressed to the Contracting Specialist via e-mail ONLY. The solicitation will incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through FAR and DFARS. It is the vendors responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.arnet/gov/far and www.acq.osd.mil. Lack of registration in the System Award Management (SAM) database (https://www.sam.gov) will make a vendor ineligible for award. NO BIDS WILL BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT DFARS PROVISION 252.209-7994, FAR 52.209-11 AND FAR 52.222-52 INCLUDED WITH ALL QUOTES. It is highly recommended to read the RFQ in its entirety. Any missing documentation or requirement from the submitted package will automatically disqualify the bid from further evaluation. Payment will be made with Wide Area Work Flow.
