Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to solicit Teledyne RD Instruments on a sole source basis for five each Phased Velocity Sensors part number 70B-9014-00 per source control drawing 8437040. The items must meet the requirements of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) drawings. Drawings are available electronically and must be requested from the buyer by e-mail. The drawing package is distribution limited to DoD and U.S. DoD Contractors only as well as being subject to Export Control restrictions. Requests for the drawing package must be submitted via e-mail to linda.hawthorne@navy.mil. Requests must contain the vendors Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code to be considered as potentially eligible to receive the controlled data. The vendor must have an active Central Contractor Registration (CCR) record and must have the corresponding Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses 252.209-7001 & 252.209-7002 listed on the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) record. Teledyne RD Instruments is the manufacturer of this item and the only person qualified to properly repair it. The repaired item will be delivered to the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. NAICS Code 334511 applies. Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees. FSC 6605 applies. Responses must include the following: (1) Describe capability of performance; (2) Provide name and address of firm; (3) Indicate size of business including average annual revenue for past three years, number of employees, and status: Large, Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8 (a), Women-Owned, HUB-Zone, Veteran- Owned and/or Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned Business; (4) Represent ownership including Country of Ownership, System for Award Management (SAM) information, and DUNS Number if available; (5) Include number of years in business; and (6) Provide two points of contact including: name, title, phone, fax, and e-mail address. There is no specific format or outline submittals must follow. Summaries should be no longer than 15 pages in length.
