- Roseburg VA Facility Building 1, Heat Exchanger Equip purchase Statement of Work Contractor to provide heat exchanger with incidental installation included located in Building 1, rooms E144 and E128 further detailed below. The contractor shall conduct functional testing to confirm proper installation and operation. The contractor will dispose of all equipment components demolished or replaced as part of this project. Project Duration: Project is to take no longer than 120 calendar days from notice to proceed. Bldg. 1, Utility room E144 : The work shall include: Disconnect and demo the (2) existing heat exchangers and associated piping Provide (2) JFD 12 x 36, 4 pass heat exchangers and associated piping / fittings and Appurtenances. Re-insulate heat exchangers and all associated components, fittings and piping Provide start-up and testing required Salient Characteristics: Shell Side MAWP= 150 psi @ 375 °F MDMT= -20 ° F @ 150 psi Tube Side MAWP= 125 psi @ 375 ° F MDMT= -20 ° F @ 125 psi Bldg. 1, Utility room E128 : The work shall include: Disconnect and demo the (1) existing heat exchangers and associated piping Provide (1) JFD 12 x 36, 2 pass heat exchangers and associated piping / fittings and Appurtenances.
