- REVISED STATEMENT OF WORK REVISED STATEMENT OF WORK Statement of Work for The Destruction of Classified Material, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Unclassified Material The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division Picatinny Detachment has an ongoing requirement for the destruction of unclassified material, CUI and obsolete sensitive material, when no longer needed. The contractor shall destroy (shred) all material for all facilities for the NSWCIHEDOTD Detachment Picatinny site. The shredding will occur in multiple locations, B. 61N, B. 458, Range 647, B. 3355, B. 3356 and B. 3360 during the day on a quarterly basis. Ideally, beginning in calendar year, (January, April, July, October) unless required due to additional needs. Department does not have bins so it is requested the winning offeror supply bins. It has been estimated that each pick up would range from 1500lbs to 4500 lbs per pick up. Shredding should be scheduled from 0800-1400 or until the shred truck is full. All shredding should be completed in one day, however it may be adjusted accordingly. Additionally, date and times can be flexible as long as it is agreed upon between contracting office and technical POC. The command security manager will be the technical POC and will coordinate with the contractor the various locations ahead of time. The Security Manager shall also supervise the destruction of the documents. Shredding shall take place quarterly for the remainder of the contract. On site destruction of all items shall be performed by the contractor at a fixed rate price per lb. This price must include all contract costs such as, on-site shredding. The contractor will provide all manpower necessary to accomplish this task within the proposed price per lb.
