- Description
- Single award term contract in each of three categories for the Department of the Treasury/Internal Revenue Service. The term of this contract is for the period beginning Date of Award and ending December 31, 2017 with four possible option years. Quality Level III is required. The specifications cover the production of face only or face and back forms requiring such operations as electronic prepress, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: Category 1: Approximately 70-75 orders per year; Category 2: Approximately 25-30 orders per year; Category 3: Approximately 6-10 orders per year. QUANTITY: Category 1: 1,000 to 49,999 copies per order; Category 2: 50,000 to 499,999 copies per order; Category 3: 500,000 to 9,999,999 copies per order. NUMBER OF PAGES: Usually one or two pages; however, some orders will require multi-part sets (2-6 parts per set). TRIM SIZE: 1-3/4" x 2-3/8" up to 8-1/2" x 11". Ship f.o.b. contractor's city to addresses furnished with individual print orders. Complete production and shipping is required within 5 to 19 workdays (regular schedule) with an accelerated schedule requiring shipment in 3 to 4 workdays. Bid opening is January 10, 2017 at 2pm EST.
