- Request for Information document The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit feedback on the proposed program description and to obtain information about interest, capabilities, and market information related to a USAID/Southern Africa Regional Monitoring and Evaluation and Learning Platform. Submissions will be considered to develop a final approach to the program concept. The goal of this mechanism is to create a central platform for procurement of support services that will strengthen, support and facilitate USAID’s Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E); Collaborating, Learning and Adapting (CLA); and Knowledge Management (KM) practices and approaches within USAID Missions and in USAID activities across Southern Africa. Please note that although M&E, CLA and KM are USAID-specific terms, they all fall under a broader definition of effective Monitoring and Evaluation practices and cycles.
