- SS/RFI Draft SOW This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a Request For Proposal, Request For Quote, or Invitation For Bid. The Peace Corps is seeking to identify possible sources for Investigation Case Management System (ICMS) This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any materials or services as a result of this inquiry. The Government will not pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The information obtained may assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Peace Corps may utilize the responses to this RFI to conduct additional market research, Some of the key industry information we are seeking includes: 1) Please let us know if your system can met all the requirements described in the draft Statement of work. If not please indicate which requirements cannot be met. 2) Does your system provide capabilities not listed in the SOW that could be of value to Peace Corps IG? Please elaborate on how that capability can assist PC IG. 3) Are the requirements clearly stated in our Draft SOW? Please provide us feedback on how to best communicate our requirement to industry. 4) Can your system met all the IT requirements 5) Is your system currently being utilized by other US Government agency's IG? Which agencies? 6) Is your pricing structure per user or is it a package of licenses? Is hosting a separate cost? Please provide us an idea of the elements that constitute your pricing structure 7) Please provide us your: a. DUNS b. Business size c. Socioeconomically classification d. NAICS e. Any strategic sourcing vehicle in which you have this system available
